Every treatment begins with a consultation. Our clinicians decide whether a treatment is suitable and safe for you, and may advise against a treatment, recommend a different option, or refer you elsewhere.

You agree to give complete and accurate information about your health, medicines, allergies and previous treatments. Withholding information can affect your safety and your results.

Before any procedure, the treatment, its benefits, risks, alternatives and costs are explained to you, and you will be asked to sign a consent form. You may ask questions and take time to decide.

Aesthetic treatments are offered to people aged 18 and over. Some treatments may be considered for younger patients with the consent of a parent or guardian, where medically appropriate.

Medicine and aesthetic treatment cannot guarantee a specific outcome. Results depend on many factors, including your health, age, lifestyle and how closely aftercare is followed. Before-and-after expectations are discussed honestly at your consultation.

Prices are confirmed at your consultation and in your written plan. Payment is due on the day of treatment unless agreed otherwise. Surgical, IVF and package treatments may require a deposit or advance payment, which is explained before you pay.

We expect everyone in the clinic to be treated with respect. We may refuse or stop treatment if a patient is abusive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if continuing would be unsafe.

The text, design, logo and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for negligence or anything that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for loss caused by not following medical advice or aftercare instructions.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction.
