02Informed consent
No treatment is carried out without your informed consent. Before any procedure, we explain what it involves, the likely benefits, the risks and side effects, the alternatives, including doing nothing, and the cost. You will be asked to sign a consent form for procedures, and you may withdraw consent at any time before or during treatment.
For clinical photographs, we ask for consent separately. Photographs are never used publicly without your written permission.

- Give complete and honest information about your health, medicines and previous treatments
- Follow preparation and aftercare advice
- Tell us promptly about any problem after treatment
- Keep appointments, or let us know in good time
- Treat our staff and other patients with respect
04Concerns and complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of your care, please tell us. Speak to a member of the team, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. We will acknowledge your concern within two working days, look into it, and respond to you as quickly as we can.
