01Payment
Payment is due on the day of treatment, unless your written plan says otherwise. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the clinic. Please keep your receipt.
02Deposits
Surgical procedures, IVF cycles and some packages may need a deposit or advance payment to reserve theatre time, laboratory time or medicines. The amount, and whether it can be refunded, is explained in writing before you pay.
03Consultations
Consultation fees, where they apply, are not refundable once the consultation has taken place.
04Treatments carried out
Because every body responds differently and results cannot be guaranteed, fees for treatments that have been carried out are not refundable.
If you have a concern about your result, please contact us. We will review you and, where clinically appropriate, offer a review or corrective session.
05Packages and courses
- Packages are for the named patient and cannot be transferred, unless we agree in writing
- Packages should be used within the period stated on your plan
- If you stop a package for a medical reason, unused sessions may be refunded or credited, less the full price of sessions already used
- Package discounts apply only when the full course is completed
06Medicines and products
Medicines, injectables and products that have been opened, prepared or prescribed for you cannot be returned or refunded, for safety reasons.
07How refunds are made
Approved refunds are paid by the same method you used to pay, or as agreed with you, within 14 working days.
