01Booking
You can book by phone, WhatsApp or through the booking form on this website. A booking is confirmed only when we reply with a date and time.
We are open Mon – Sat, 09:00 – 21:00, and closed on Sunday.
02Arriving for your appointment
- Please arrive 10 minutes early, especially for your first visit
- Bring any previous reports, prescriptions and a list of your medicines
- For facial treatments, come without makeup if you can
03Late arrival
If you arrive late, we will do our best to see you, but your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so that other patients are not kept waiting.
04Rescheduling and cancelling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. A call or WhatsApp message is enough.
Surgical procedures and IVF stages are planned around theatre, laboratory and medicine schedules, so please tell us as early as possible about any change.
05Missed appointments
Repeated missed appointments, or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, may mean that a deposit is required for future bookings, or that a booked session in a package is counted as used.
06If we need to reschedule
Occasionally we may need to move an appointment, for example if a clinician is unwell. We will tell you as early as possible and offer the next convenient time.
07When treatment may be postponed
For your safety, we may postpone treatment on the day if you are unwell, have an active infection, are or may be pregnant, have recently tanned, or have not followed the preparation advice.
